With an LLM master’s degree in law and MSc in International Logistics and Supply Chain, he is responsible for managing all our procurement contracts, both in the UK and in our network of overseas organisations. Stephen has won and delivered multi-million-dollar contracts for both the public and private sectors. He has overseen and developed the DCI Global Solutions Ltd commercial activities, including the launching of new businesses and integration of those we’ve acquired. Stephen has introduced cost-saving measures for a number of organisations and has been pivotal in the negotiation of a number of recent acquisitions and in the establishment of new business ventures.

Charles Vincent Ivuerah is an accomplished legal professional with a wealth of experience in the field of law, specializing in legal services and compliance. As the Director of Legal Service and Compliance at DCI Global Solutions Ltd., Charles plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s operations adhere to legal regulations and standards.

With a career spanning several years, Charles has garnered extensive expertise in the realm of legal services and compliance. His deep knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations equips him to handle complex legal matters with precision and clarity. Charles’s proficiency extends to various aspects of compliance, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and policy development.

Mr Kingsley Ikhile -Okosun is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He was admitted into the Bar in 1995. He is also dually qualified and admitted as a Solicitor of the Canadian Bar Association.

He has a progressive 29 years experience at the Bar and has acquired wealth of experience in supply chain management and procurement. He worked as Head of Procurement in Natural Resources Canada and Employment Social Development Canada. He has excellent experience and exposure in compliance and legal services at the Department of Justice, Canada, Ontario Region.

Mr Kingsley plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s operations adhere to legal regulations and standards.
